Rapporto qualità prezzo nella norma.
É un tre stelle e risponde pienamente a questa valutazione. É particolarmente simpatico per tipologia arredi e complementi di arredo inclusa l'impiantistica.L'ubicazione é leggermente decentrata dall'area di interesse turistico che si raggiunge, comunque, in meno di mezz'ora a piedi, circa 20/25 minuti. Aspetto negativo la camera a letto matrimoniale ;stretta , lunga e definibile scomoda, consentiva la presenza di un divano ad angolo ma pochissimo spazio ai lati del letto, circa 40cm dal lato verso la finestra , contro la parete del bagno l'altro lato. Niente armadio ma un particolare appendino a vista ben inserito nell'ambiente che, in generale, può risultare gradevole nella sua particolarità. Della stessa tipologia e tono gli ambienti comuni. Buona colazione, pulizia sufficiente anche se ho notato la presenza ,non lieve, di capelli altrui in alcune zone soprattutto sulle piastrelle del bagno, peraltro piccolo. Personale ottimo. Premettendo che si può trovare di meglio, consiglio comunque di scegliere camera a due letti forse più comoda ed ampia.

Camera troppo piccola
Ho soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel durante un viaggio di lavoro. La posizione è ottima, abbastanza vicino sia alla stazione centrale che alla zona centrale ricca di ristoranti e shopping center. Tuttavia in hotel mi è stata data una camera davvero troppo piccola, facevo fatica a muovermi dentro e non si sapeva dove mettere la valigia. Inoltre ho avuto la sfortuna che si affacciava su una strada interessata da lavori in corso e quindi era impossibile dormire dopo le 6 (questo ovviamente non è colpa dell'hotel). La colazione era ok così come il personale.

Comodo hotel a 10 minuti dal centro
Ho soggiornato in questo hotel dal 5 al 10 dicembre 2014 con mio marito per visitare i mercatini natalizi. Ottima la posizione che permette di raggiungere la stazione centrale ed il centro storico in 10 minuti a piedi. Camera confortevole e pulita. Wifi funzionante. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Unica nota negativa: le camere vengono pulite tra le 12 e le 16 e quindi chi volesse fare un riposino dopo pranzo avrebbe serie difficoltà, soprattutto se ha la camera negli ultimi piani. Nel complesso da consigliare

Buon hotel a metà strada tra stazione e centro.
Buon hotel ad un prezzo abbordabile. Non è centralissimo ma è situato in una zona comoda per gli spostamenti (a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a circa 15/20 minuti a piedi dall'Altstadt cioè la zona dei locali che si affaccia sul fiume). Il quartiere Konisgallee, con gallerie e negozi è a 5 minuti a piedi. La mia camera singola era piccolina ma confortevole. Colazione ricca, soprattutto per le pietanze all'americana, anche se un po' costosa. Purtroppo internet wi-fi è a pagamento ma nella vicina galleria Schadow Arkaden e nel vicino quartire Konisgallee ci sono almeno un paio di Starbucks in cui il wi-fi è gratuito. E' un hotel che consiglio sopratutto a chi arriva in treno e in bus (shuttle bus dall'aeroporto Weeze) visto che il capolinea dei bus è proprio davanti alla stazione dei treni. La stazione è anche il punto di partenza del tour hop on e hop off e dove si trova un punto informazioni molto utile.

Leuk retro hotel plus (kleinere) kamer. Ontbijt moet je bijbetalen als je niet bijgeboekt hebt en dan is het prijzig voor 18 euro. Verder okay en rustig (maart). Bed is wat klein, maar prima quality.

You can book the breakfast included you stay over or always one day before for 15,-. If you book it spontaneous it costs 18,- extra because we didn't include this in the amount of preparation. Abgewohnt und eng
Sehr langsamer Check-in, stark abgenutzte Möbel, winziges Badezimmer und ein Fenster (!) vom Klo zum Bett, das man nur von der Bettseite abdunkeln kann. Und das war das "Executive Doppelzimmer". Wir kommen nicht wieder.

The sink in the bathroom was falling off the wall. The Tv bracket was also very fragile so was scared to use. The shower room is pretty squashed in as well as the fittings being in an awkward position so water leaks out everywhere. The cleaners also tend to smash around in the morning so was hard to ignore and have any sort of lay in. Hotel was cute in general and a good location.

30 Euro charge on pet for nothing.
Its the second time I stayed in Max Brown. Overall I like the hotel since it is closed to center and in a nice area. Facility is clean and with nice decoration. Main problem during my stay is they cherged me 30 Euro (15 a day) for bringing my pet. In the previous stay this charge is because they give you a bed for the dog and some treats and plates to feed them and give them water. I asked the staf multiple times for this service they told me that they would bring it to the room. Unfortunately after several tries they never brought the bed or treats to the room. I am really dissapointed that even we ask for the bed and treats and we pay 30 Euro they did not do anything about it.

Hade tillgång till ett enkel- och ett dubbelrum. Enkelrummet var väldigt litet men funktionellt. Dubbelrummet var mycket trevligt och bra i storlek. Båda rummen hade stora sköna sängar. Trevlig personal. Bra läge. Nära till tunnelbana och shoppingområde.

Fußläufig gut vom Bahnhof zu erreichen. Die Immermannstraße (Japanmeile) direkt nebenan und auch sonst war man sehr schnell an der Kö oder in der Fußgängerzone. Ausstattung einzigartig. Zimmer etwas klein, dafür das Bett riesig mit XXL Daunen- Bettdecke (260×220). Ventilator im Zimmer vorhanden, keine Klimaanlage. Durchlüften war mäßig möglich. Ist halt Innenstadt, da steht die Luft und für die Aussentemperaturen kann das Hotel nichts. Das Bett wurde täglich gemacht und der Mülleimer geleert. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Verschiedene Semmeln, kleine süße Teilchen, Obst, Wurst-, Käse-, Schinkenplatten, vegane Aufstriche mit Salatbar. Die Auswahl für ein Müsli war auch sehr vielfältig.

Heel leuk verblijf, leuke sfeer, vriendelijk personeel en gratis upgrade van de kamer gehad. Mooi interieur van de kamer, een minpuntje daarvan is dat het niet handig ingericht was. Zo moest je eerst de deur van de badkamer weer dichtdoen voordat je naar de wasbak kon lopen. Maar de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was heel goed!

So you want to know if I'd stay here again, yes I would. The staff were very helpful. The area is 6 minutes walk to a large shopping street---shadowstrasse and had some great transport links. The food in the surrounding area of Little Tokyo is delicious and the room was fun and quirky. However!!! Although I didn't miss the ability to have room service I would have liked a mini fridge. The room was incredibly hot, even with the ceiling fan on all the time . When I asked the staff quickly found me a second room fan. A mini fridge would've allowed us to keep cold drinks and even some snacks. Although there's shampoo, body, hand wash and lotion there was no conditioner. Plus you couldn't remove the bottles making it difficult if you were bathing rather than showering. The towels were too small to fit round me and bath sheet would've been much more useful as we were sharing a twin room. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom. There was a hairdryer. The television wasn't a smart tv and so I couldn't log into my own accounts so there was only German tv. The remote control was filthy. The rug in the room needed replaced. Unless it was part of the shabby chic design.

Hello Jade,Thank you for your great review.We hope you were able to more than enjoy your time in Düsseldorf.It is more than important to us that every guest feels comfortable with us, so we are manned 24/7 at reception to always find a solution to questions and help.Regarding the time this was probably a misunderstanding.At 11pm we close the bar and at 12pm we close the door for security reasons.That means you can leave the house and come back in at any time.But the reception is manned all the time, so that the night service can open the door.We hope you visit us again soon.We look forward to seeing you.Your Max Brown Midtown team

Das Zimmer, Bad und einfach alles war super schön hergerichtet. Es war sauber und mit liebe gestaltet. Der Aufenthalt war einfach schön.

Goed hotel op een goede locatie.
Prima hotel, wat gezellig is ingericht. Vlak bij het stadscentrum. Personeel heel vriendelijk.

Hallo Bettina,vielen Dank für Deine tolle Bewertung.Wir hoffen Du konntest Deine Zeit in Düsseldorf mehr als genießen.Uns ist es mehr als wichtig das sich jeder Gäst bei uns wohlfüht, dafür sind wir an der Rezeption 24-7 besetzt, um stets eine Lösung für Fragen und Hilfe zufinden.Bezüglich der Zeit war dies wohl ein Missverständnis.Um 23Uhr machen wir jeglich die Bar zu und um 24Uhr schließen wir aus Sicherheitsgründen die Tür.DAs heißt jeder Zeit kann man das Haus verlassen und wieder hereinkommen.Dafür ist die Rezeption durchgehend besetzt, so das der Nachtdienst die Türe aufmachen kann.Wir hoffen Du besuchst uns bald wieder. Tyvärr kan jag inte rekommendera detta hotellet. Luktade mögel i hela hotellet. Så små och trånga rum. Ingen luftkonditionering endast gnisslande fläkt i taket.

There is an insight into this through photos and information on our homepage or on any booking portal.For much more space we recommend our executive large room with our king size bed 200 x 200 cm.
