“Service was terrible at the Peninsula. To be charged a $50 fee for someone who was on site to let us in our room at 8:30pm when we returned from dinner was an absolute rip off. Could understand if it was late at night and if someone had to travel to the motel to let us in. But this wasn’t the case and I feel we were completely ripped off by this fee. The receptionist was on site. We’d accidentally locked ourselves out of our room, it was not intentional. There’s no information about a $50...
