“Nothing like the photos, the water park was very small with some water slides not functioning, the water was cloudy looking, rooms were not very nice, towels had other peoples hair in them. The whole building doesn’t look like it’s been updated since the 1970s. They have a crappy sign out front with a Ramada tarp hanging off halfway. The room we had didn’t have roaches or other bugs but it was filled with mildew in the bathroom and sink area. The complimentary breakfast was awful and consisted...

“The front desk receptionist was very pleasant, the room was missing a smoke detector, there was a door to the adjoining room which the lock was broken, the front door did not lock tight enough for 2 women and 2 kids. Too many men checking in. Only saw one female (the receptionist). There also doing work on the building so the entire first floor was vacant. To creepy and too old for us. The elevator looked to be falling apart too. Couldn't bring myself to stay, our sixth sense was exploding....

“The entire property smells bad from the moment you walk in. The bed was dirty with some kind of powder, and so was the bathtub. Plus, the water doesn't drain properly. I've stayed at other hotels from this same company before, and they were excellent. This one is like it's not part of that company at all. The air conditioning is old.”
