We booked a shuttle to the airport the day before our flight and in the morning, they did not have room for us. There are many other hotels in the area, that would be far better. ”

“The room was severely unclean. The only thing that was probably clean was the bedding. When walking to the restroom, the carpet left my feet almost black. Upon entering the bathroom, there were obvious signs of black mildew and mold; these locations included corners of the bathtub, corners of the ceiling, and the corners of the tile floor. “What a beautiful hotel with the perfect location! We have been traveling quite a lot lately and have stayed in hotel after hotel. Even knocked them all out of the water in cleanliness and beauty and more. I knew the minute we walked in the door that our room was going to be nice, I just didn't know how nice. “Great pool area”

“A causa della cancellazione mondiale dei voli dovuta al crash dei sistemi informatici il mio volo è stato cancellato senza poter raggiungere la struttura. Pur avendo informato del disservizio non imputabile a me non ho ricevuto assistenza ”

“Breakfast was good, a good variety to choose from. Room was clean and smelled good. A short 5-10min walk to restaurants. Shuttle to airport was prompt Only issue was that the outdoor pool was closed and no water was in it. ”
