“It had great breakfast and the brought us extra towels and pillows when we requested them and their staff was helpful and polite. I would recommend this place ”

“The only off putting thing is that they’re pumping techno music into all public spaces 24/7. It makes it impossible to enjoy a quiet moment reading outside or at the pool , or be able to eat dinner in peace. Very poor decision by upper management to do this.”

“Spacious room and common areas. Staff needs alot of training. The impression we got was that they really don't care about any mistakes they make. There'll be a new crop of guests so why bother.”

“Staff was very professional and pleasant. Room smelled like old weed -- which was a bit gross and there were some other issues, but staff was helpful in getting them resolved and assured me I wouldn't get charged for the smoke smell upon arrival (there's a 250$ charge for smoking in the room, so I wanted to be clear the smell was there when I arrived). If it hadn't been for the pleasant people at the front desk and being exhausted at check-in, I would not have stayed. It's an older building,...

“I wish they had an airport shuttle - that's my only complaint. The lady at the counter was very helpful and arranged to a taxi for me that cost $40 to get to the airport so I actually could have stayed in a more upscale hotel with a shuttle for the same price.”

“Tons of people smoking weed out front of their rooms. Found tons of bed bugs in each of our beds. Other people hair caught in the sheets and other places of the room. Definitely wasn’t expecting a resort, but this place is sketchy and dirty. Ended up leaving with my family and found a different hotel.”

“There were ants in the room, the bathroom was gross and the door would get jammed shut. I would never stay again. I attempted to get a refund and neither the hotel nor Expedia would give a refund for us to go to a different hotel.”
