“The room was nice and what was needed for my stay. However, if it wasn’t for the staff being so friendly, I wouldn’t have stayed. I found a tick on my side after laying on the bed, but thankfully didn’t find anymore. Definitely not somewhere I will ever stay again. ”

“An excellent stately building with spacious rooms, a great pool & workout area, fabulous breakfast, excellent laundry room, and truly wonderful staff who really care about helping guests. We love it and have been back several times this year as our grandson was playing junior hockey in Minnesota near Plymouth. GREAT restaurants around and in Maple Grove as well.”

“We had three rooms in two nights. The front desk person at check in (Tammy?) was terrible. We had to call her out from the back room and it seemed like she had an attitude. She asked us "what do you want?". We're standing in a hotel lobby with suitcases. She assigned us a two queen room when we had reservations for a king room. “Double charged. 180+ from Expedia for the room. Then they put a 120$ hold on my card. Ok no big deal. Then I get home from my trip and see I was charged another 20$ hold. Ok no big deal..weird... But no big deal. Then I see .. another full room rate charge. Left room in perfect condition literally just went in slept and left. Worker either is scamming people intentionally or Expedia is trash. Never using this app again. ”
