“Room 251 was more like a B2 bomber taking off in your bedroom. The AC was locked in this room and could not sleep. The room was also extremely high in humidity to where the sheets and clothes were damp. I did speak the manager and she apologized for this inconvenience and will have maintenance look into the issue. She also credited me for 1 nights stay. Hopefully this was just a fluke with this room.”

“Once again, another hotel floor that has never been cleaned. My son's feet were coal black from walking around barefoot after taking a shower. I had to request that they mop and vacuum the floors.”

“I was thrown off by the pictures online versus in person. Most of the time, staff members were not at the front, on their phones, or just hanging outside the building, which made it difficult to get help. I was staying for 3 days, and the entire time, my door wouldn't lock, even after it was shut. All it took to open was a light push, which made me uneasy about leaving personal items in the room while attending to business. The cart in the lobby that was meant to help bring in personal items was...

“Everything but especially the comfort of the room feeling”

“Staff were very nice and helpful every time we had questions. Breakfast was great everyday during our stay and offered a great mix for all of us(Family of 7). Location was superb for getting to see other family, friends, and locations like Valleyfair, Como Zoo, malls, etc. Also their ice machines are the best we've had at any hotel ever.”
