“Room 251 was more like a B2 bomber taking off in your bedroom. The AC was locked in this room and could not sleep. The room was also extremely high in humidity to where the sheets and clothes were damp. I did speak the manager and she apologized for this inconvenience and will have maintenance look into the issue. She also credited me for 1 nights stay. Hopefully this was just a fluke with this room.”

“Everyone at this hotel was amazing! Shout out to Shelia and the entire staff! They were incredibly helpful, super kind and went above and beyond during our stay. The hotel is immaculate from the lobby to the rooms. The breakfast was great every day also. I highly recommend this property.”

“First the staff there was very nice and helpful from checking in to checking out very good customer service, the room was very comfortable but the WiFi was not good dropping constantly, the property was not bad , I didn’t get any breakfast personal choice but it seemed nice, my only complaint would be the lack of available towels had to ask for towels daily even upon checking in there was only one set of towels even though there was two occupants for the room,but for the price paid I would give...

“The room we were put in had blood spots on the sheets/mattress, dirty socks still in the room, a water leak in the ceiling that leaked onto our things, and our only options for a “refund” was making an account with them and getting points on there. Canceled the rest of our stay with them and went somewhere else.”

“Breakfast was great. Location was a bit hard to find. Evening staff were zero help when AC didn’t work in the room. Just got a sorry.”

“Servizio gentile e personale sempre disponibile e sorridente. Purtroppo le lenzuola presentavano diverse macchie giallognole - marroncine. Non ci sono prese di corrente né illuminazione sulla scrivania. La colazione prevede solo yoghurt, cereali e latte. Niente uova o bacon”

“We booked 2 rooms. Both rooms were dirty: Bedsheets and comforter stained, holes in towels, lamp multiple lamp shades filthy, furniture (end tables) were damaged from water and peeling. Brealfast was ok, it was edible. This place needs a complete face-lift!”
