“This is okay if you need a last minute place to stay for a night. Room was clean but had a weird smell. Bed was uncomfortable for my man (side sleeper)but I slept well. 30 minutes from BelMawr and Point Pleasant Beaches. The owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs once we arrived. Parking for truckers and a grill area with seating. Great location with stores to grab things you may need. Walmart, Target, Dollar Tree and much more. We would stay again if we NEEDED to. “Amazing property , close to stores and boardwalk!”

“The room was like it hasn’t been updated since the ‘50s. The towels were stained and the soaps (2) were very, very tiny, barely enough for a shower, and no shampoo. The tub and toilet are very old. If my wife and I weren’t so tired when we checked in I would have asked for another room, but I think it wouldn’t have made a difference. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.”

“The rooms were clean and it definitely was OK. It’s just like the property outside is very dirty garbage everywhere we stayed in a non-smoking room but the whole place smell like smoke. There were people there that kept putting rocks in the doors to leave them open so they could get back in when we had a key to get into the door so I did not like that about the whole stay”

“I've been coming to the jersey shore for fifty nine years. The air conditioner worked, the t v worked. The water flow in the shower was good too. But let's be honest, we're not looking for a lavish apartment or hotel room. We were there for the boardwalk and the ocean and beach and it did not disappoint.”

“Hotel non nuovo ma pulito e ben vissuto (maggior parte famiglie con bimbi e ragazzi giovani). Comodo al mare e compreso si ha l'accesso in spiaggia gratis. Internet è lento. Ha la piscina piccolina ma c'è. Parcheggio incluso per auto e moto. Non male se si vuole risparmiare e avere le comodità.”

“The pool is OK. Some things worked,some things didn't. The wifi is mid at best. Great location though! The staff was friendly and helpful. Low end,but definitely one of the lowest prices.”

“OMG. This is like a welfare motel. I don’t think they have an operating license and have fire ordinance violations. The mattresses may be “sealed” but the place is gross. Non working TV. But hey, those bullet proof doors with past experience tells & gunfire during the night, were the icing to the cigarette smell that permeated the place. Lord knows if pool chemicals were adequate. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.”

“The check in clerk was very kind. The property itself is in need of repairs. Everything works but just barely. It’s a super location though, if you want to be near the boardwalk. ”

“This place has an old school shore vibe, which we love. Everything seemed well maintained and clean. Location is spot on for easy access to many attractions in the area. Room 138 could really use a new mattress. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.”
