“It was excellent”

“The photos and price fooled me. It's basically an overpriced roadside motel next to a bar and not a very nice or quiet area. Very loud traffic from rt 9. When i turned over the comfortor on the bed the underside looked so worn and dirty that i left. It would be passable if they charged $75 a night. It's not what you would expect for $115.”

“Overall, it was a good, solid place to stay for more than a week. Laid back, and staff that didn't bother you. Nice location, right on the water. No coffee machine in the office nor in the room, so visit Dave at Ma's across the street for a good cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast. A little further down is a 7-11. Avoid Boathouse401 at all costs. They call cops at the drop of a hat. ”

“Room was clean. AC did not work. Front staff were rude like they are used to dealing with low clientele. The worst issue was the noise. The walls are paper thin and someone above me was talking and singing and I could hear everything. Kept me up most of the night. The pool looked great. I likely would not stay there again. A plus was they allow dogs but charge $50 a night extra which is too much. ”

“During the check-in process we were met by a gentleman with severe difficulties while attempting to speak English. I could barely determine what he was saying. Those difficulties worsened when I returned to the front desk to request additional towels since there were three of us. The Reservation was clearly adjusted on line by me to assure that they knew the room was for three adult guests. On arrival we noticed that there were only two pillows on each bed. All three of us sleep on two...

“The motel was an older one that the current owners did not bother to upgrade the rooms. The room & bathroom had damaged walls, stains on the walls and tiles, areas where something on the walls or furniture was either removed or broken but never replaced or repaired. The room phone was not plugged nor worked when I plugged it in to the wall phone jack. I arrived too late to check and find other accommodations. I did not know the area. The TV remote needed new batteries. Remember I said there was...

“The staff was so helpful, kind and wonderful. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The location is great for restaurants, shopping and stores. It is a few miles from a few different beach towns. I am definitely staying again. I may even go back and book again tonight after I leave the beach.”

“Had an excellent stay; missed only a table/chair for Internet use in the room (WiFi worked well). Everything was comfortable, in good condition, and the location was quiite convenient for the family wedding at The Mill.”
