Location, location, location! We take pride in our cute 3 bedroom, 1 bath home that sits on a large city lot with a firepit. There is a large deck, a view of Silver Lake (including a playground, fishing pier, and a nice sandy swim area). Also located 0.2 miles from the T-Docks offering a boat launch onto the Eagle River Chain of 28 Lakes! Dyer Park is next to the T-Docks with lots of picnic tables, a fishing pier and green space. This is all free for anyone to use.
Our home is located on the snowmobile trail and ATV/UTV trail. Also within walking distance to town including cute shops, ice cream stores, street dances in the summer, tons of community events and grocery stores. We supply 2 adult bikes for you in case you want to bike to the Farmer's Market or somewhere else just outside of town. We also have a canoe that can be launched just across the street onto Silver Lake.
Our home features 2 bedrooms that have queen beds, another smaller room has a twin size bed with a trundle. All linens and towels provided. We also stock shampoo, conditioner, body wash, some toiletries, commonly used pantry items, coffee maker, dishwasher, dish soap and other cleaning supplies, dishwasher pods, etc. There is a broom, vacuum and mop there, if needed.
There is a 1-car attached garage for parking, storing toys or just hanging out.
Our large deck features a Weber gas grill and grilling tools, 2 adjustable lounge chairs with cushions, a propane fire table, Adirondack chairs, plus another small table and chairs. Fire starting supplies are provided for the firepit, some campfire wood to get you started as well.
There is a full unfinished basement providing space for kids to play or just another area to relax. In the basement, there is another sitting area with two couches (one is a hide-a-bed providing 2 additional sleeping spaces), 4 chairs, coffee table and dresser. There is a washer and dryer in the basement with detergent and dryer sheets provided. We also have an iron and ironing board there in case you need it.
We also provide a large dog crate, board games, DVDs, puzzles, some toys for kids, a pack-in-play, booster seat with tray, stroller, and kids utensils, water bottles and kid-friendly plates, bowls and cups.
Our home is in the heart of Eagle River, Wisconsin. Come enjoy all the Northwoods has to offer - all year! Also very close to the Eagle River Dome, Pond Hockey, lots of lakes to ice fish and about 45 minutes from Ski Brule.
