“Used to be a great place. Staff was ok. Kim was awesome. During breakfast a teenage girl went to make waffles and the spout for the batter came off. Totally not the girls fault but the staff member sure made it seem that way. Internet was almost unusable. Locked out of room multiple times due to bad key? Every once in a while of leaving the room the electronic lock would beep about 7 times. Staff didn't know why. 2 TV remotes per room, one of which did nothing. Batteries on my...

“Booked apartment for four of us to stay and at the last minute canceled our trip. Was forced to book another room not near our location and more expensive. Cost me hundreds more and instead of a 12 minute commute each day it became a 1 hour commute. Would highly recommend not ever using them.”

“You could not ask for a nicer quiet B&B and the hosts were amazing. You will be all by yourself as they only host one couple at a time. On Cottage Lake the facility is warm and friendly, and a little dated with the layout. It's private and breakfast is served at whatever time you want, and it's excellent! A very nice getaway that seems away from everything but only half hour-40 minutes or so from Seattle. ”

“The staff was exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. The room was clean and felt safe though fairly basic and furnished for high traffic. The walls are quite thin and there was a large gap under the door to the adjoining room and a lot of noise from the hall and next door rooms. The bed was a bit lumpy and odd but I was able to sleep and get some rest. The bathroom was lovely and well appointed with shampoo that smelled good and made my hair absurdly soft even without using the conditioner....

“It was clean enough for us, we liked that the floors weren’t carpet so it’s washable. The rooms however only had 2 towels, you have to ask for a hair dryer and each bed had 2 small pillows. Staff was nice enough, and the place was pretty quiet considering the freeway was right there. The room smelled like a mix of urine and disinfectant, I’ve never experienced a stinky room like this before. ”

“Stanze grandi ma un po' spoglie anche se con cucinotto annesso. Letti rumorosi e scomodi. Parcheggio sotto le finestre delle stanze fonte di rumore specie la mattina presto. Alla richiesta di potere lasciare i bagagli in albergo per qualche ora dopo il check-out il personale ha risposto di no adducendo come scusa la mancanza di spazio idoneo.”
