Siamo entusiasti di offrire questa perfetta oasi di 3 camere da letto per i tuoi amici e parenti per sentirti come se non fossero mai andati a casa durante il tuo viaggio a Charlottesville. Questo noleggio è situato tra l'aeroporto di Charlottesville e il centro di Charlottesville. All'interno di questa spaziosa casa su un unico livello troviamo una sala da pranzo con 6 posti a sedere e un angolo colazione separato che offre una splendida vista sul prato e sui boschi nel cortile sul retro. La cucina di dimensioni complete comprende una lavastoviglie, fornelli elettrici, forno a microonde e tutte le stoviglie e le stoviglie necessarie per gustare i pasti a casa.



Il soggiorno ha un sacco di posti a sedere, costruito in librerie, una grande TV e un camino a gas che siete sicuri di raccogliere in giro con amici e familiari. Il soffitto a volta e i lucernari aggiungono l'atmosfera solare perfetta ai sereni colori accenti nello spazio.  Il cortile sul retro ha posti a sedere supplementari durante i mesi più caldi e una veranda riparata con un ventilatore per tenervi comodi all'ombra.



Sul lato sinistro della casa troverete, una camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto king size, TV, e un bagno privato con vasca / doccia. Tutte le camere offrono molta luce e vista sulla vita all'aria aperta.

Clean, comfortable, well kept and stocked. Hosts were very attentive and checked in several times during our stay. They provided portable lanterns after a power outage during a big Tstorm. Would return without hesitation...Thanks!

Lovely property-could use a new couch and king bed and sheets to be more comfortable, but it was sufficient for our needs. If seating had been more comfortable, we could have used it for time with the people we were visiting. Best feature is screened porch with very comfortable furniture! We loved this area! Owner is very nice.

We had a wonderful stay in this Earlysville home. The house was large enough to accommodate our group of five and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck and in the screened in back porch. The location is perfect as it is close to downtown and UVA and only a short drive to wineries, nature trails and gorgeous views of the mountains. An added bonus were the delicious chocolate chip cookies baked by the home’s owner! We hope to be back!

Fantastic experience here. The home was equipped with •Pack n play•High chair •Plastic dinnerware •Laundry/dryer Which made traveling with babies a breeze. It was also all on one floor which eliminated the fear of babies falling down stairs. Property was immaculately clean. Owners left snacks and homemade cookies for us upon arrival which was an adorable touch. My only critique is that there was 1 shower. With 4 adults staying here, we had to establish a shower schedule which was fine just unexpected. The kids LOVED the tub though! Would definitely recommend and stay here in the future.

The house is in a great location (close to restaurants, shops, etc) and situated in a lovely peaceful and quiet area. My friends and I booked it for a weekend of crafting and sewing together and the open living room, dining and kitchen space was perfect. Would love to come back when it’s warmer to make good use of the back deck space!

we found the property clean, cozy, and inviting everything we needed was there other than our own groceries? We very much enjoyed the living space with the TV and the fireplace kitchen was well equipped. We thought it was decorated and such a warm and welcoming style. We will be back.

This place was even better than we expected from the pictures. The spaces were great and open to one another. We watched a movie in the living room, while family was playing games on the dining room table and making meals. We had the best time! We wanted to take advantage of the "Blessings of the Hounds", Luray Caverns, chopping down our Christmas Tree at Valley Star Farm, Charlottesville Mall, Monticello and all of the food options. It felt like we were in Charlottesville, but was on the right side of town to make the trip to Luray easy. The bedding was so comfortable, as was the furniture. Would definately stay again.

This was a great place to stay for the family (husband, wife, 2 kids, and their grandmother). It has a very well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. It even had a pretty extensive spice drawer, which was unexpected. This was just a quick couple day getaway to Charlottesville for us. The property was located 5 - 10 minutes from about everything we needed. My 6 year old daughter and I really enjoyed "trail blazing" (as she put it) in the woods behind the house. It gave us a "taste of the mountains" (really just some hills) without us actually going into the mountains. I cannot say if this is the case, but it doesn't feel like a property that was intended for vacation rental. It feels lived in like it was a well used and loved in-law suite that is in its second life as a vacation rental. No vacation rental is perfect, but this one was quite good.

We spent a week in this beautiful rental while my mother in law was having and recovering from surgery at UVA. The owner was absolutely wonderful and had wonderful communication. We can’t wait to go back and stay again under better circumstances.

This house is in a great location, in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and other C'ville attractions. The living area is the best feature, with plenty of room to lounge and relax. There were cookies and a nice note upon our arrival, and it was a quiet neighborhood with no interruptions.

I highly recommend the Earlys Guest House. It’s in a quiet location, the house has a great layout and is full of amenities. It is also very close to the University of Virginia. We can’t wait to return!
