“The hotel is okay. It's an older structure. Latest renovation is becoming worn. Long walk to my room but convenient to where I parked. Late checkin doable. Comfortable bed. Smallish bathroom. Breakfast not included. I got my breakfast elsewhere. Fairly easy on/off both 95 and 295. Twenty to 30 minutes from downtown Baltimore. ”

“Check in was easy and pleasant. Room was clean, well-equipped. Exterior could use a little sprucing up. Conveniently located, good restaurants and amenities nearby. The management should really encourage the town to clean up the street leading to the evidence, it is full of trash.”

“I stayed for a week, and asked that they clean the room every day. Day 2 by about 3pm they hadn't cleaned it so I stopped one of the housekeeping staff and asked about it. She said they were not going to clean it but would give me towels. I went to the front desk and spoke with the manager who also said they would not clean the room and just gave me towels. “Pool is not open, I wish we knew it sooner”

“Fantastic staff (housekeeping, front desk, and conference/banquet workers). Exceptionally kind and helpful in every way. Wish there were a few more coffee/tea options in the room or quick, easy coffee options in the lobby without needing to go through breakfast purchase options,etc. A business center for printing would’ve been amazing but front desk staff was able to help and went out of their way for me. “The hotel is nice but for the price should include breakfast or something else. I also had noted that it was my wedding anniversary ; it would’ve been nice for them to include a card or something small to commemorate. It’s the thought that counts. ”
