“Great Visit, my favorite hotel”

“DO NOT BUY THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST.WE PAID 28.00 FOR 2 PEOPLE AND WS OFFERED A MUFFIN AND JUICE.WHAT A JOKE. NEVER EVER HAVE I HAD TO PAY EXTRA AND THEY SAID IT WAS COMPLEMENTARY AND THEY Would give us a MUFFIN and JUICE. We said really for 30.00 it was supposed to be a cot”

“Expedia advertises its hotels as either Free Breakfast or Breakfast($). Since Expedia didn't have Breakfast($) on this property, I booked it thinking breakfast was included. In fact, free breakfast was the main reason i booked this particular property. When i went down for the breakfast, i had to pay $17 per person. I didn't read it too carefully but Expedia apparently advertised this property as Breakfast Available, which can mean either or both. I think it would be better practice if Expedia...

“Had a variety of breakfast items. Had something different daily. Rooms are a good size. Walls are kind thin though. ”

“The hotel is very nice, clean and the rooms are big. The breakfast was excellent, fresh waffle that I loved most. ”

“Check in was easy and pleasant. Room was clean, well-equipped. Exterior could use a little sprucing up. Conveniently located, good restaurants and amenities nearby. The management should really encourage the town to clean up the street leading to the evidence, it is full of trash.”

“We had a suite. It was very nice. The pool was “under maintenance” which was pretty upsetting for the kids. The pool was on and looked perfect but we weren’t able to use it. The person at the front desk had no idea when it would be ready. ”

“Hotel was ok. It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was very limited, had the essentials. There was no shampoo or conditioner, bottles were empty. Was there for 3 nights and housekeeping did not come in.”

“Friendly staff, clean room, kitchen had an oven. Our heater stoped working, we called the front desk and we had staff in our room withing 10 minutes and it was resolved quickly. ”
