“La Quinta fully met the expectations of my wife and myself, however, a sign directing a visitor to the inn could have been provided inside the shopping plaza. We became lost.”

“I have extremely disappointing experience during my recent stay at the hotel. Upon arrival, I found the room to be unclean, and unfortunately, the staff were not helpful in addressing my concerns. The situation took a turn for the worse when I woke up the next morning to discover a large spider crawling above me.
