“Great staff and clean room”

“IT TOOK AND HOUR AND HALF TO GET INTO MY ROOM BECAUSE THE KEYS WOULDNT WORK SO THEY SWITCHED MY ROOMS, IF I LEFT ME ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY I COULDNT GET BACK IN SO I HAD TO KEEP GETTING KEYS MADE, THEN THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THE SERVICE DOGS I WAS TAKING BACK TO THEIR OWNERS WERE NOT MINE, IT WAS A TOTAL CRAP SHOW. HIGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND.”

“We checked in late at night and when we arrived there were two women working the counter but only checking in one person at a time. So I had To wait because the person in front of me didn’t have a reservation and was trying to get one. Second, the room was falling apart. Literally! The beds, the floors and the walls were all falling apart. The air conditioning never really kicked on and we were hot all night long. Breakfast was mediocre at best and the staff wasn’t wearing gloves at all to move...

“The hotel has great rooms, and the stay is fantastic. The only drawback is that the pillows could be higher quality. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and body lotion. The kitchenette has everything you need to cook and eat, including dishes, utensils, glasses, dish soap, a toaster, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and freezer. It's a great place to stay for a few days, and it's very close to Pensacola's beaches. It's in a great spot near shops, restaurants, gas...

“La struttura non è dello standard di RED-ROOF che conoscevo da miei precedenti soggiorni. Pavimento sporco, Telecomando TV che non funzionava. No frigorifero, no bollitore acqua etc. Per il mio tour ho poi proseguito con altre catene. Mi spiace”
