“Non c'e l'ascensore! Televisore non funzionante, la ragazza al check in se ne e' fregata malgrado la NS richiesta di supporto. Era seccata quando le abbiamo chiesto una camera al piano terra, senza ascensore era impossibile portare i bagagli al primo piano. Vasca piena di capelli. Finestra rotta da cui entrava il rumore della strada molto trafficata. Tende oscuranti non c'erano. Terribile.
L'unica persona che lavora veramente e' il signore addetto alle colazioni, bravo e gentile. Il personale...

“I actually was not able to stay at your hotel. I came down with Covid and had to cancel the reservations on the day I was supposed to arrive. The date to cancel my reservation had already passed, but I called the hotel and explained my situation. The reservation clerk graciously canceled my hotel room and did not charge me even though by their contract they could have.
