“My toilet wasn't bolted in and was on an angle. The shower was very dirty. Breakfast was ok and the pool was ok But the rooms themselves wow. Brown water came out of the faucets. Also while we were there police were clearly searching for someone as they moved through the hallways and outside the rooms at the back. Nothing was told to us if we or our kids were in any danger. Very strange.”

“I was disappointed to learn when I got to the hotel. That there was no food service on-site. There is a restaurant, but that was booked out for a large group. I reached out to the front desk to see if they had a toothbrush, because I forgot mine, and they didn't. The HVAC in the room was very loud but bed was comfortable.”

“They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean. ”

“Good hotel for a short stay. Wish the breakfast was offered up to 10:00 am; went down at 9:30 am everything was closed. The person at the desk who welcomed us was very kind and professional. While the person at the desk when we left was unfriendly and unhelpful.”
