The property was clean and the staff was super nice and was available to help us when we requested new linens and provided excellent service. The hotel had no record of our reservation and the paperwork provided by Expedia showing the reservation and confirmation numbers was useless since it was a 'third party' situation. Due to the diligence and kindness of the desk clerk we finally got checked in no thanks to Expedia. Expedia charged an extra fee to change the date of the reservation but did not pass that update along to the hotel. Extremely poor service from Expedia. I can not...

“Breakfast was a hot buffet. My only complaint was you have to pay to park. Evansville isn't that big of a city and the Hampton isn't that exclusive of a hotel. I can stay at Hampton in indy and not pay to park. ”
