“I booked the hotel for a large function because it said they have a restaurant. No restaurant. They have a restaurant but ONLY serve breakfast. The breakfast was both hot and cold. “Arrived at 1:45 PM and was told there would be no check-in until 3:00 PM. I was unable to wait at that time so I said I'd check-in when I got back to the hotel later that night.
