Resort a East Coast Road

“Hot water in the shower of the villa was not working. Never knew of hot water issues in an 5 star resort. Horrible service for villa guests. A cup of coffee took an hour to be delivered. Incredible property but horrendous service”

“Vi bodde 2 dager på hotellet. Frokost buffé var veldig god og variert. Vi spiste også middag 1 dag og den smakte godt. Personalet var høflige og veldig hjelpsomme. Rommet var rent og komfortabel. Stranden som er ca 500 meter fra hotellet var skuffende. Det ligger mye søppel på stranden og var ikke noe sted å være på.”

“We had a lovely 5 days at the Conch. It is a 10 minute tuktuk ride into Whitetown in Pondicherry, so very accessible but a little quieter which we preferred. The rooms are clean and spacious with an amazing private pool (can be a bit chilly when you jump in!). We had several meals whilst staying and the food was overall incredible - it’s homemade and full of flavour with plenty of variety. We’d recommend the Conch to anyone looking to visit Pondicherry.”
