“there was a bright light outside of my room that prevented the room from getting dark at night, making it tough to get a good nights sleep. the pics online made it look better than in person but i guess you get what you pay for. ”

“Only one elevator working. Had to wait a long time for the one remaining. The poor lady on front desk had to check people in, make cocktails, answer the phones… too much for one person . Breakfast… no potatoes or french toast sticks. No English breakfast tea.no forks. Not enough staff ”

“The property is very convenient and walkable with light luggage) to the cruise port and Riverwalk area. The room itself was very nice and the full size kitchen included all you would need to prepare a meal. I didn't use the washer or dryer, but it would be of benefit for a longer stay. I stayed one night pre cruise and will definitely stay at this property when sailing from Tampa.”

“Fine hotel but two issues for us makes me not give five stars. We were in a room on the ground floor and around 5:30am, there was a bunch of loud slamming noises. No idea what it was coming from. It would happen and then stop. And then start again. It went on until almost 6 and then stopped completely. But by then the damage was done and I was awake. Secondly our shower was either scalding hot or barely warm, couldn’t go in between. Wouldn’t stay here again, plenty of other options in Lakeland...
