“We stayed here for one night after a day in Winchester. A nice enough hotel, with staff pleasant enough. The room we stayed in was small but well kept. The main issue we had was that the room was that next to a staff run through, meaning doors were slammed constantly. Further, there was no air conditioning, and the room we were in at the bottom floor was next to a busy beer table and had lots and lots of mosquitoes, meaning we were bitten to heck! “Bella struttura, ottima pulizia, personale competente e molto gentile.”

“Unfortunately the room requested was not available as we had our small dog with us so were allocated a dog friendly room which was fine but it only had a 4’6 bed which really is not expected these days. Following the downgrading of the room by the hotel and being advised that the room requested would be cheaper. The new price unfortunately was not honoured despite numerous requests for a refund so overall not the best experience.”

“Had a minor issue with shower, no cups for tea or coffee wasn’t told about whereabouts for breakfast but otherwise good stay ”
