“The apartment was clean and very nice. Only complaint I have is either the room needs blackout blinds or curtains. The street lights comes through make it hard to sleep. I also did ask about the pool but no response from the owner. But it was fine as I’ve found other things to do. The place was right across the street from the beach and a mile from boardwalk. We really enjoyed ourselves. ”

“I loved the location! The access to the beach and how close it was to a lot of places. My room location was perfect. The parking situation wasn't terrible and the overflow lot didn't look entirely sketchy. I only had one towel and washcloth when came in but magically had more the next day. The lobby and the room smelled like, what I can only describe as "elderly" (no slander, only as a reference). There seemed to be a staleness to the air in the room. The toilet stopped working at some point but...

“Hola, necesito asistencia con un reembolso por una reserva reciente.
Reservé un hotel a través de su plataforma y al momento de hacer el check-in, alrededor de las 12 de la noche, la habitación que me asignaron estaba completamente sucia. Tengo evidencia en fotos.
Lo más preocupante fue que el personal del hotel no me ofreció ninguna solución adecuada en ese momento. Incluso propuse quedarme en la habitación y limpiarla yo misma a cambio de algún descuento, pero tampoco accedieron.
