    Benvenuti a Cayman Paradise Villas e al nostro diretto oceano e fronte spiaggia naturale n. 1. Cayman Paradise Villas è una casa semi-collegata, situata nel tranquillo villaggio di East End. Il piccolo sviluppo è costituito da affascinanti e colorate ville di lusso in stile caraibico con spiagge appartate e fantastiche viste panoramiche sull'oceano. Lo sviluppo comprende anche una piscina di acqua dolce a 5 livelli con 3 cascate e idromassaggio, a pochi passi dalla nostra villa.

    Cayman Paradise Villas # 1 è una novità nel mercato delle vacanze a partire da marzo 2019. Questa villa di fronte all'oceano immacolata e decorata elegantemente ha 4 camere da letto, 3. 5 bagni e con il divano letto può ospitare comodamente fino a 10 persone. Ci sono ampie vedute del Mar dei Caraibi e della spiaggia dalla maggior parte delle camere. Centrale AC e ventilatori a soffitto in tutto, wifi ad alta velocità e più televisori con cavo offrono tutti i comfort di casa.
    La camera da letto principale ha un letto queen size, TV e via cavo, cabina armadio e bagno / doccia en suite e suoi e suoi lavandini. Dispone anche di un patio laterale che si affaccia sul mare con divano e tavolino da caffè all'aperto. Goditi incredibili albe e tramonti e brezza costante dal patio!

    La camera da letto 2 ha un letto king size con TV e via cavo, e la 3a camera da letto ha 2 letti singoli con abbondanza di immagazzinaggio. Le camere da letto 2 e 3 condividono un bagno dotato di doppi lavandini, doccia e vasca. Queste 3 camere da letto sono al 2 ° piano.

    Attraverso la scala a chiocciola, al 3 ° piano, troverete un divano letto e una scrivania con enorme finestra panoramica di fronte al mare.

    Il grande livello inferiore ha un bagno completo con doccia, frigorifero supplementare e due letti singoli con una grande finestra che si affaccia sulla spiaggia privata. C'è anche un patio coperto con mobili da giardino e una griglia, e passo a destra sulla spiaggia di sabbia bianca naturale.

    C'è una lavanderia separata per la lavatrice / asciugatrice, piscina e giocattoli di mare, attrezzatura per lo snorkeling, galleggianti e 2 kayak gratuiti per il vostro uso. Un pacchetto e gioco è incluso insieme a tutti gli asciugamani, teli mare e beni di prima necessità.

    Siamo lontani dalla congestione e dalle navi da crociera trovate sulla 7 Mile Beach, ma vicino a una varietà di eccellenti ristoranti, immersioni di livello mondiale, snorkeling illimitato, sport acquatici ed escursioni in barca a Stingray City, alle Grotte e ai bellissimi Giardini Botanici. È un posto perfetto per allontanarsi da tutto, ma a breve distanza da tutto ciò che Grand Cayman ha da offrire.

The perfect spot for our perfect vacation

This house was absolutely amazing. The views, the rooms, the beach, the pool were all perfect. I cannot recommend this property enough and we hope to be back someday.

Nice, quiet seaside spot.

The management team was excellent and the setting was lovely. It is not the place if you are looking to swim/snorkel from the site but with a family the pools were excellent and nice walking and castle-building on the beach.

Wonderful waterfront retreat

The property has a spectacular waterfront location and a lovely pool complex across the street. It was immaculate and roomy. We loved snorkeling right out our back door, kayaking out to the reef, and watching the local shore birds from the patio.

Beautiful and quiet!

We had a lovely stay! The villa is huge and is well equipped. The beach our back is very quiet, is almost private because of how quiet it is! The pools are lovely and the complex it’s self is small and quiet. Perfect for anyone looking to relax. Communication with the privet manager was excellent. Melinda was quick to solve any issue we had and even tried to help us find another place when we had an airline issue! Definitely recommend!

Excellent multi family vacay!

We had 3 couples, 3 adult single children of the couples, there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. There was not really any reason to go to any other beaches since there was fabulous coral and fish on the doorstep. However Spotts Beach, and Rum point are definitely great to visit! Have a few drinks at the Czech Inn (just down the road towards Georgetown, and eat at Eagles Nest Dive resort down the road and try the amazing Lion Fish Tacos!!!

Beautiful views

The property was equipped with more then enough linen, towels and beach towels. The views and rooms were exactly as pictured. However, the only thing that was not as pictured was actually being able to go in the ocean from the house. There was mountains of seaweed and big rocks at the shoreline. Other then that, the property was nice. And our host were efficient with supplying locations for all the activities anyone might need.

Excellent option on East End/Gun Bay

We had two families of four stay at this property, and we almost felt like we could fit one more family given the generous size and number of bedrooms. The property was clean, everything functioned as advertised, and the location on the East End was quiet. The kitchen and laundry area were stocked with basic appliances and necessities. The beach, unfortunately, is a bit smelly because of the sargassum, and the water is equally dingy, however that is no fault of the host. The location is also quite far from the night life of SMB, if you are interested in that. There was a small hiccup at check in where the advertised pack and play was not available for our infant who needed a much needed nap after a long day of travel, however the property manager was very responsive and was able to get it to us in about an hour. We enjoyed our time and hope then next guest does as well!

Property was very nice and location was fantastic. Beach access was great for kids to be able to play in sand and pool area was just a short walk across the street. View from house and pool area was incredible. There were great restaurant choices in East End, just minutes from the house and 7 mile beach was just a 45 minute drive away. Was just a little disappointed that our request to property management for additional paper products was dismissed and that we ran out of propane in the middle of cooking dinner. A tank was delivered next day but toilet tissue, paper towels and trash bags were never supplied. We have stayed in multiple rentals on various islands and was just a little disappointed that no one greeted us personally. Service was just missing that little extra touch. Otherwise, had a great time and would definitely re-visit and would recommend the property.

Nice location, poor management

4th trip to GC, 2nd time staying at Paradise Villas (previously stayed across the road). Location is gorgeous and the villa is very large. Comfy beds, lots of sheets and towels, and reasonable cleaning at check-out. Contacted the property manager our 2nd day to ask about the kayak from the listing in April 2025, asked for ant traps, and to fix a broken toilet seat. They fixed the seat and brought traps, but said there hadn’t been a kayak since 2023. The AC for the bedrooms had made a terrible sound the first night, so we’d turned it off to let it rest while out for the day.That night, the AC completely broke so we texted the next morning to ask a technician to be sent. After 10 years of staying in VRBOs, we’ve never been treated so rudely! She yelled at us for an hour via text before finally sending a tech - who confirmed the blower was broken and needed a repair.We had no communication from or to the manager for the rest of the trip. Later in the week, there was a massive hatch of flying insects in the windows facing the ocean. We vacuumed and used the Raid under the sink and took care of it because that’s another seasonal thing and not their fault.But I assume other guests who didn’t tell them about problems until the review likely did so after being treated so rudely. We would not stay with this property manager again.

We loved the quietness of the east end with still being able to travel anywhere we wanted. The house worked perfect for all of us. We really appreciated Betty Ann and the cleaning crew for helping us find beach chairs to use and our other questions. We traveled with our 2 sons and families ages 2-65 and had a wonder time at this beautiful island and home.

Great property in East End

We stayed at this property from February 13 to 22, 2020. Upon arrival, the property was clean and more spacious than we expected. There were seven of us and we had ample space with room to spare. The property is situated away from the main beach area, which was nice because the traffic in Georgetown was a bit unexpected and slightly overwhelming. Despite being located at the far end of the island, it was really easy to get around with a rental car as long as you didn't hit rush hour. Luckily for us, we didn't have to drive very far to experience some of the great restaurants that were close to the house such as Big Tree BBQ, Taco Cantina and (our favourite) Tukka. Overall, we had a great stay. Having the pools nearby was a nice treat after a hot day and we often were the only ones there. In addition, the beach chairs and towels that were provided came in really handy. My only complaint would be that the windows did not open though I understand why a property owner would choose this. Each floor did have a deck with a sliding screen door that opened though.

Great Getaway

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay on the East End. Many fabulous restaurants and wonderful people. You have to go to Taco Cantina and sit in Bryant’s section! Plus Jose’s margaritas are out of this world! One thing we didn’t expect is that while this house is on the beach you are not able to swim at the house. The water is extremely rocky with tons of seaweed so our 4 kids were unable to jump in the ocean right at home as we planned. This isn’t a reflection on the owners but we were also sad at how much trash kept washing up down shore due to pollution. 😢 Silver lining though was that it forced us to find other beaches and explore other parts of the island.

Great place

The house was amazing as there were 7 of us and plenty of room for all. We had a couple things we needed and it was taken care of in an immediate response and action.. This side of the island is extremely quiet. The property and the beach were amazing.. Would certainly stay here again

Vacation 2019

Overall we had a great vacation. The house itself was everything we expected according to online information. We had 10 guests and we all were satisfied with the sleeping arrangements. The pictures don’t show that there is a road separating the house from the pool area, but it is right across the street. We arrived at check in and the house was still being cleaned because the renters before us left late, but the ladies didn’t mind and continued to clean as we brought our bags in. Right off we realized we didn’t have hot water. We called Craig, our house manager, and he came immediately . Butane tank was empty and all towels and sheets in dryer still wet from the cleaning crew. Craig took them to his house to dry them and assured us the tank would be filled the next day, and it was. TV in one of the bedrooms didn’t connect and never got it working but we were exhausted from the days at the beach so it didn’t matter. Hairdryer in upstairs bath didn’t work but Craig said he would make sure it was replaced. TV and hairdryer were minor things, we just made sure we told so it could be fixed for the next renters. The kayaks were enjoyed the most at the house because the water is really grassy and undesirable along the shore. All in all we had a great time, lots of memories made.

Perfect Family Vacation House

Our family of eight had the pleasure of staying in Paradise Villa #1 during the month of May. We had a very good experience with VRBO and the hosts were wonderful. The villa is itself is equipped with everything you might need from kitchen supplies to kayaks. There was plenty of sleeping room for everyone, the only issue I would note is the A/C did not quite cool the loft area and therefore was not comfortable for sleeping (There is one futon located in the loft). The East End location is definitely removed from the touristy 7 mile beach area. We really enjoyed the more relaxed location. There is a grocery store and several very good restaurants near by ( Tukka and the Taco Cantina were among our favorites) but a rental car was a must. Although it is a small island, with the traffic it took us over an hour to travel from the East End to George Town for our snorkeling excursion. We found the closer Rum Point area to be a perfect place for our family to hang out. Over all I would recommend this villa, it is the perfect vacation home for a large family.
