  • Molto desiderabile Great Harbors Falmouth Private Neighborhood, completamente ristrutturato 3 camere da letto, 1 1/2 bagno, 8 posti letto. Tutti i nuovi mobili, materassi, lenzuola, asciugamani, nuova cucina e bagni, cabina doccia piastrelle, lavatrice / asciugatrice, AC centrale, nuovi elettrodomestici, pozzo del fuoco, doccia esterna nel cortile, patio e griglia propano sul ponte posteriore. Piscina a club house con tutti i comfort, campi da tennis, parco giochi, parco, shuffle board, baia marina tutti raggiungibili a piedi, vedere i dettagli di seguito. Ottima posizione vicino a ristoranti, negozi e spiagge. Spiaggia di Menauhant a soli 5 minuti in auto. Camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, 2a camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e 3a camera da letto ha un letto a castello. Il divano ha tirato fuori anche il letto matrimoniale. 6 persone è l'ideale, ma accoglierà 8 con il sonno.

This property served our needs extremely well. From the spotless interior, well equipped kichen,deck,grill and well groomed backyard with a fire pit it was all we needed and more. The washer and dryer along with extra beach chairs was also an added plus that really came in handy. Also, the 5 minute drive to our favorite beach, Menahaunt was a great treat for us as a family of three generations, who have always loved this location. Last Walter was a great host who was easy to work with and made our trip that much easier. Highly recommended this beautiful property!!

The perfect home away from home.

We had a great time. The house had everything for a family including beach chairs and toys for my 19 and 15 y/o who’s never tired of digging in the sand. We came from Camano Islands, WA , but our beaches can’t compare to the beaches of Cape Cod.

Perfect

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. As a runner, I had wonderful access to scenic beaches and quaint shady streets. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed and in a stylish manner. Besides all that Falmouth has to offer, the Hyannis whale watching cruise out of Barnstable was a wonderful experience!

Close to everything.

Clean, spacious and comfortable. Quiet and safe community good for walking and biking close to the beaches. The added extras like a front porch, back deck, yard and grill along with the bonus room with tv and games was appreciated.

Amazing place!

We had an incredible time at this property! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. The location was perfect—close enough to local attractions but far enough to offer peace and tranquility. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. This is definitely a place we would recommend and return to for future vacations!

Good location

Nice house. Good set up for one or two families. location relative to beaches, town. Great harbor pool and tennis is perfect for families with young kids. Freedom boat club down the street if your into power boating. Lots of bikeable roads in and out.

Excellent Family Summer Vacation Home

My family & I had an amazing week at Walter’s place. The home was clean, well appointed, spacious & equipped with all essential necessities. It felt very homey. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, a short walk to the clubhouse pool & bike ride to local beaches. We would definitely return in the future!

Great house

A well equipped immaculate house. Lots of amenities. Walter, the owner was very responsive to any of our concerns. The clubhouse and pool area were close by with very friendly people. All I all I would highly recommend this rental

Perfect for families

This property was probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. It has everything you could possibly need AND is in a great location. The house is very family-friendly and perfect for kids of all ages. Our 2 and 4 year old loved playing in the backyard and with the toys in the house. The additional area off the garage is a great feature for families to use when kids go to bed (or wake up!) early so they can play without waking everyone else up. Walter was a great, responsive host. We hope to come back again!

Falmouth Summer Getaway

Walter’s property was exactly as advertised and very well appointed! The house is well stocked with all necessities so that you don’t have to worry about bringing bags of household essentials with you, which is perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable, as were all the couches and chairs! The den area was a great place for our teens to hang out in in the evenings. We also loved that this location was central to so many beaches, shopping areas, the ferries, and great restaurants. The neighborhood amenities were all super well maintained and everyone was so friendly! We took advantage of the access to the pool, teens courts, basketball court, and the beachy boat launch area nearly daily. Would absolutely stay here again!! Thanks for hosting our stay in Falmouth!!

Clean, comfortable, convenient!

This house ended up being perfect to bring my mother back to the Falmouth Area The visit friends and family. Close proximity to downtown Falmouth and to the beaches. We enjoyed lunches out and suppers at home cooking on the grill. The house is spacious, comfortable, everything‘s in great shape. And they provided beautiful weather on top of that! And only minutes from Smitty’s ice cream. This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood plenty of space beautiful backyard beautiful deck on the front and rear. Thank you for a wonderful 10 days. We look forward to a return.

Perfect place for a cape vacation

A couple friends and I decided to get out of Boston and work for a week from the cape and this house met our needs just perfectly! Clean, spacious, the extra addition served as a perfect little office. Back deck and fire pit were key! And the GH location is perfect in general so we just had a great escape from the city.

A Perfect Getaway!

We had a wonderful experience renting Walter’s home. The rental is beautifully decorated and has all of the conveniences needed for a Cape stay, and then some. Our kids were delighted to find age appropriate toys and games to use on a rainy day. This is our 2nd time staying in Great Harbors and we greatly enjoyed the community pool, playground and biking around the neighborhood. We would love to rent this property again in the future!

Great house, beautiful location!

This was a great house for our family to stay in during our visit to Falmouth. The house was clean and Walter provided several convenient amenities such as towels, paper products, soap, etc. Walter was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The yard was perfect for our kids- they enjoyed playing soccer and running around. The house is close to several beaches, restaurants, and the town. We'd love to stay there again!
