    La nostra confortevole casa accogliente è la destinazione perfetta per una famiglia di quattro persone, due coppie o una vacanza con gli amici. Si trova in una strada privata in un lussureggiante paesaggio verde / fiorito circondato da alberi su un terreno di 1 e 1/2 acro.

    Rilassati nella calda e invitante zona soggiorno / pranzo arredata con un divano molto profondo e un divanetto, un televisore a schermo piatto da 42 "con ROKU e un tavolo da pranzo per sei.

    La cucina con un tavolo per quattro è completamente attrezzata per gli ospiti che preparano un pasto a casa. E 'dotato di un frigorifero, fornello a gas, lavastoviglie, microonde, tostapane, macchina per il caffè, frullatore e, naturalmente, un piatto di aragosta!

    Le due camere da letto con luce naturale, hanno un letto matrimoniale, comò, comodini e ventilatore a soffitto ..

    Il bagno ha una vasca / doccia combo, vanità, comò e armadio supplementare fornito di teli mare, salviette, biancheria extra e asciugacapelli.

    L'intero spazio abitativo, (cucina, soggiorno / sala da pranzo, camere da letto e bagno) si trovano tutti al primo piano.

    Goditi tre spazi all'aperto. Una veranda coperta con divanetto e doppia sedia adirondack .... un patio 24x 24, con pavimenti in pietra, mattoni, ciottoli e granito. Preparate un barbecue nella grande griglia del bollitore Weber e gustate i pasti all'aperto al tavolo di vetro con sei posti a sedere. Il punto focale del patio è il pozzo del fuoco incassato .... un luogo divertente per rilassarsi e distendersi alla fine della giornata. Adiacente a questa zona troverete una spaziosa doccia esterna. Sul lato opposto della casa è una piattaforma esterna con un tavolo e sedie aggiuntivi.

We LOVED the house, the gardens and the location! Ken was great to work with and had excellent suggestions for beaches and restaurants. We had a quiet, peaceful and wonderful vacation and we will be staying here again.

Wow, the house exceeded our expectations, just our style, no complaints at all. The indoor spaces, outdoor spaces, kitchen, all the amenities, looking forward to staying again. The privacy and wildlife were a bonus, Ken and Kris were very attentive and great hosts, all in all a vary memorable vacation indeed.

Falmouth stay

We love staying here. It was our second year, and didn't dissapoint. It has a great outside area to sit and relax, or entertain. The inside is beautiful, and clean. We're already talking about scheduling it for next year!

Beautiful Little Hideaway

Our family of four stayed in Ken and Kris’ home for two weeks. It was incredibly comfortable, quiet, and we felt completely at home. House had every amenity we needed and easily accommodated our whole family. The outdoor areas including the patios, decks, and of course the outdoor shower were a huge bonus as well. Highly recommend this property for a Cape Cod stay.

Our Stay in Falmouth

We had a wonderful time. This home is clean and beautiful, with everything you could possibly need. If you like privacy, this is your place. We enjoyed nights outside at the fire pit, as well as days going to the local beaches. Downtown Falmouth is close by car and easy to walk about once you get there with lots of shops to see.

Fantastic home in a great Falmouth location.

We just returned from our wonderful week at this house in E. Falmouth. The home is exactly as pictured and in fact it is more impressive in person. We were greeted by Ken & Kris upon arrival to walk us around the property. The property is beautifully landscaped further adding to the charm of the house. You feel welcome from the moment you walk onto the cozy front porch, though the front door and their warm and beautiful home. We have found our new favorite location for upcoming Cape Cod vacations.

Memories in the woods

The Experience was wonderful. I have rented this property before and knew I’d be back. Very quiet and lovely home. Set in a wonderful location and well appointed with everything you need. Was great to have family over for a fun barbecue. Plenty of outside tables and chairs . Lots of space for grandkids to run around. Ken and Kris were available to answer questions and were also there to greet us upon arrival. Hope to return next summer. Rose Mazzola

Best Cape Cod Rental Ever

This rental is a gem in the woods. Beautiful & nicely appointed cabin with everything you would ever need for a perfect stay in Cape Cod. Kris and Ken are wonderful hosts. So nice to be personally greeted at the home when we arrived, and to meet the designer and builder of this beautiful cabin. No detail is overlooked: well stocked kitchen items for at home meals and large patio and decks with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. While situated in a private wooded setting, it’s still so convenient to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The photos only begin to show off the features of this amazing property. Looking forward to our next stay.

Falmouth hideaway

Ken and Kris were great hosts. The house is a great escape, far enough away but close to everything. Absolutely no complaints. A great place to go to to relax, decompress and regenerate!

Outstanding Stay

Let me start with Exceeded out expectations. The pictures do not do justice on just how beautiful this place is inside and out. The craftsmanship in the details can be seen throughout this place. If you stay you need to just look at all the fine details the owner put in while building this house.. No need to reiterate all the amenities as they are listed on the site, but we so enjoyed the nigh time fire pit and Ken has an amble wood stack that he his so gracious to let you use. Location. You are 10 o 15 minutes to everything you need, including the Falmouth beaches, yet this house is surrounded by a canopy of trees. So serene and quite you would not even know you were on the Cape. Neighbors, oh yes you have two, Mr. Donkey and Mr. Horse. They keep to themselves but love if you bring them a carrot. Also around 4 to 5 pm the Turkey family will stroll through the yard.. As for the owners, Ken and Kris, couldn't ask for any more in regards to hospitality. They are quick to respond, met us when we arrived , gave us a tour of the house and special things to do in Falmouth. There was even fresh bouquet of fresh cut flowers through out the house as a welcome.gesture I will finish with we would .absolutely go back to this rental property again if the opportunity arises.

A peaceful oasis

From day one we felt at home. The house was everything that was advertised and more. Quite, and peaceful would be an understatement. It was amazing in every sense of the word. Would highly recommend. Well worth every penny.
