Nestled by serene waters, this charming 4-bedroom home offers the ideal setting for relaxation and adventure. Step inside and be greeted by a tranquil water view and a stunning, newly renovated kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the spacious deck, where you can take in breathtaking sunset views over the water.

    After a fun-filled day at nearby Bristol, Menauhant, Falmouth Heights beaches (just under 2 miles away), Or for simplicity a private association beach steps away-unwind in one of our four inviting bedrooms with a primary suite featuring a king bed, queen beds, with one bedroom on the first floor—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. With three full bathrooms, getting ready in the morning is a breeze.

What a lovely home. The view was unreal. We spent alot of time outside - great deck and patio. Even the grass was cut and well maintained. We had perfect weather for September and enjoyed the rental from the second we arrived. The house is lovely and well equipped. Plenty of space for 8 childhood friends spending a girls weekend on the cape. We personally would recommend this house, clean, pretty and charming. Walking distance to the beach and Cape Cod Winery.

A beautiful setting, for our family of 7 in town for a wedding, situated on Great Pond. Kayaks available for peaceful glides out on the water. Friendly neighbors who let us go out on the dock and catch blue crabs. So many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby. The hosts were SO friendly and accommodating. Easy to take day drips, we hoped on a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, and drove to a couple beaches including Chatham for shopping and dining.
