“Room was clean, but showed some wear and tear. Very small bathroom. Excellent full breakfast. Exceptional customer service. Joe at the front desk went above and beyond to help us.”

“Our toilet was clogged once we entered our room. Additionally, the shower had a tricky mechanism to get it working and overall the bathroom wasn't clean. We requested to switch rooms but were declined.”

“The hotel was not clean. The room had a terrible odor, and some of the pillows smelled unpleasant as well. One of the sheets was stained, and I decided not to use one of the towels because it did not appear clean. The shower was also difficult to adjust to a comfortable water temperature. In addition, there was a noticeable gap between the door and the frame through which I could see the outside lights. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and pleasant. “The hotel was unique and very beautiful and the staff so helpful and kind but the room wasn’t so clean. The hotel provide a voucher for the first breakfast but when I was there at 7.30 am the coffee and half of the food was run out”
