My companion was recovering from knee surgery, do they already had a handicap room ready when we arrived. Barbara was great. I really enjoyed chatting with her at breakfast as she have us tips for finding nearby waterfalls. Start to finish, I'm so glad we chose this as our home away from home.”

“The staff was absolutely amazing they're so nice they welcome you they have a good breakfast I've been staying there now 4 weeks and it's been nothing but pleasant . they are absolutely amazing. Their pet friendly and they have a large area to walk your dog. They also have a washer and dryer for the guest that is very inexpensive. This is definitely by the best hotel I've ever stayed at.”

“It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence. I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed. It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine. There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar.”
