“ESPERIENZA TERRIFICANTE, ABBIAMO CONSEGNATO ALLA RECEPTION 4 CONFEZIONI DI CAVIALE (ARRIVAVAMO DA MOSCA) DI ALTISSIMO VALORE RACCOMANDANDOCI DI TENERLE IN UN FRIGORIFERO ADATTO E DI METTERE IL GHIACCIO ANNESSO NEL CONGELATORE. ALLA NOSTRA PARTENZA NESSUNO SAPEVA NULLA, ABBIAMO ATTESO PIU DI 20 MINUTI PERCHE' LE TROVASSERO, IL CAVIALE CI E' STATO RESO NON BEN CONSERVATO ED E' STATA RUBATA UNA DELLE CONFEZIONI. INACCETTABILE IN UN HOTEL 5 STELLE DI QUESTO TIPO! SCANDALOSO, PROVVEDEREMO A DENUNCIA...

“Our room was cosy & clean in the Garden house. We loved the buggies that took us all around the different parts of the estate. The staff were so friendly & helpful. Our Sunday dinner was delicious. Breakfast was excellent too.
The SPA tailored massage treatment given by Sylvia was so amazing. The indoor swimming pool was lovely. The saunas & jacuzzi was so relaxing. We had an amazing Birthday celebration at Beaverbrook. I highly recommend this hotel. ”

“Stayed two nights 26/27 March. The de luxe double was an excellent room very comfortable bed had a really good night sleep. Bath in the bathroom a positive. Breakfast on first day a full english really well cooked next day on the Saturday had eggs royale really good.”

“My husband and I stayed on a Saturday night in November as a birthday treat. We stayed in the loft suite. This room is clean, cosy beautifully decorated. The bathroom is amazing ! We absolutely loved the jetted bathtub. It really was a selling point for us. Breakfast was very nice. Lovely fresh eggs. We enjoyed having our own private dining toom too. Paul was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you .”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chestnut Tree. Lisa, the host was the main reason, she is a great communicator which is important when booking. She was so very helpful with local information and incredibly kind. Our room was beautiful and the amenities in the bathroom delightful. The area is beautiful but with only one night, we didn’t get the change to do much exploring. Next time. Thank you Lisa for a wonderful stay.”
