“This quaint stay was everything we needed for our trip to MDI. Becka was a wonderful host (as was her angelic dog, Cayenne), and we loved the rustic setting. The rental was well and thoughtfully stocked. The outdoor shower was so enjoyable, serenaded by the nearby apiary. Even the early bird rooster made us laugh. Would happily stay again.”

“Kevin was great checked in on us several times! The cabin matched pictures to a T. It was super clean! Everything you needed was there! Located close to Acadia National Park!!! Close to get restaurants! Would recommend to anyone going to the Parks!!!”

“We were so amazed at the cleanliness of the cabin and the beautiful location on Chemo Pond. The cabin was well stocked with linens and paper products. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. We were close to both Bar Harbor and Bangor and spent a few days sightseeing. We bought live lobsters in Bangor and caught some fish in the pond so we made a seafood feast at the cabin. One day we just sat at the side of the pond, dipped our feet in the water, and enjoyed the scenery for...

“Very friendly restaurant staff, easy check in, private, very quiet, comfortable cabin. Excellent Mexican takeout in Millbridge and wonderful beaches and hiking trails around Machias. Great time to buy wild blueberries and enjoy the stark beauty of the barrens. Would visit again!”

“We absolutely love this cabin. We’ve stayed here twice already. The location is perfect. The owners are easy to communicate with and so nice. The property and the cabin is super clean. I love that they have a canoe and kayaks ”

“Short trip to see the area, but would happily stay here again! Excellent communication, suggestions/info on things to do, super clean and cute with plenty of room for all of us. We were traveling with our daughter & her boyfriend, so having the bunk bed option was perfect.We enjoyed the bouy marked trail through the woods, the campfire, and surrounding area very much!! Great overall experience - thank you!!”

“Quiet and Secluded. We had a great time sitting around the fire, great memories, very clean, The kids had a great time. The top bunk mattress was fine for my 8 year old but would have been a bit stiff for me. My older son slept on the futon he loved it. Plenty of towels, The water heater is a small one but we could each get nice hot showers if we waited a bit between. It would reheat quickly for the next shower. ”

“Great rustic lodging. Helpful and friendly host. Beautiful area and close to many hiking trails in parks and preserves. Highly recommended if you want simple, rustic lodging with comfortable accommodations (nice bed, everything needed for a compact kitchen to prepare meals, and nice picnic table for eating outdoors). ”

"Indiscutibilmente il miglior motel in cui ho soggiornato, servizio non ce ne sono, niente colazione o altro, però trovate pulizia e comodità per raggiungere il centro e ottimo punto di partenza per l'Acadia park"

"The position Is perfect. Near to Acadia entrance and 15minutes by walk from the restaurants and shops area. The room was very clean and spacious, and included there's a nice the breakfast corner at the lobby Bads: not quiet of you have a First floor room (depending on neighbours) And very bad wifi connection if you're not near the reception. The price average Is ok for the location , but for more than 200$ per night I pretend a Better service. "
