“We had a very nice stay in this clean and cozy Cape retreat! There was an extra TV room and sunroom which were a nice bonus that we were able to have a bit more space. There were 3 adults, a 4 year old and one dog and we were quite comfortable. The weather was pretty cool and rainy for most of our trip, so we did not utilize the deck or yard with firepit and bocce court, unfortunately. “This was our first time visiting Cape Cod. The house was perfect for our needs, clean and updated kitchen and bathrooms. It was a well equipped kitchen, great gas grill, plenty of towels and linens. The neighborhood was perfect for walks with our dog.Overall house was very comfortable and cute and easy access to bike path, beaches and parks.The only improvements would be an electric kettle and more lights in the rooms.
