“What is the deal with the hot water in the bathroom? Took forever to get the sink hot water to even a warm temperature. Staff, especially angel at the front desk was a delight! Would return just because of her Customer Service level ! ”

Sfortunatamente per due mattine ( sabato e domenica ) ci siamo alzati un po' più comodamente e quando siamo rientrati abbiamo scoperto che la camera non era stata riassettata .Vicinissimo all'università ”

“Great property, great value. Visited Atlanta for a couple night's stay. Room was very clean, bed was great, more than enough space. A/C kept it nice and cool, plus, our room had a pedestal fan for that perfect level of white noise for sleep. Parking was well lit and had numerous spaces. Communication with staff during the whole process was excellent. Great value and we will be returning.”

All the front desk folks...valet folks...EVERYONE was Lovely We're on first name basis with Jonathan, Knyia,Creanna, Evita, Ellisha,Mr Charles and Ken.John and Sunshine...also Ray ,Moe andCarmen in Mrs P's. Can't say enough about this hotel and restaurant. We have recommended it to our friend who was performing at City Winery....
