“customer service, very nice but the room no”

“First. We were sent to a room on the 5th floor, that was still occupied. We went back downstairs and informed them of this. Then we were told we would receive a room upgrade. Which was ok considering. In the new room. They never came to provide us clean towels or empty the garbage cans. This did make for an uncomfortable stay and and had us thinking about going elsewhere. Also one of the elevators that was needed to take us to our floor, kept hurling as if was going to either drop or get stuck....

“L'albergo è nel complesso accettabile . La camera pur non modernissima è risultata pulita , gli asciugamani cambiati giornalmente. Sfortunatamente per due mattine ( sabato e domenica ) ci siamo alzati un po' più comodamente e quando siamo rientrati abbiamo scoperto che la camera non era stata riassettata .Vicinissimo all'università ”

“I’m a little bummed after high expectations. The rooftop was closed both nights of our stay due to party reservations. Also, our room was a bunk bed room, which I didn’t expect at all— it felt very summer campy. Furthermore, we were in the basement with two outside walls, so it was very loud. We were awaken on Monday morning at 8:00am exactly to a pressure washer right outside my window. Definitely didn’t feel luxurious. Staff and service was great though. The Valet guys were awesome!!!”

“La struttura è stata ricavata da una vecchia chiesa. Ha un ampio soggiorno con cucina, con acqua, snack e frutta fresca a disposizione degli ospiti, bibite e macchina per il caffè con varie bevande. Le stanze sono spaziose e il letto comodissimo. I bagni e le docce sono grandi, con phon, prodotti per il viso e il corpo. Il giardino offre un ampio parcheggio. L'edificio è l'accesso in stanza è tramite combinazione numerica sulle porte con codice di sicurezza.”

“Room is clean, staff is not that approachable, breakfast was okay, but the sad part is expensive car parking which was not mentioned at the time of booking”

“Be careful around the bed. The metal legs are easy to stub your toe on more than once. Parking was tight during the day while the dentist office is open. The room is clean and efficient. Easy to enter the front door of the property but a ramp would be nice with luggage instead of stairs. Remind visitor to press the logo on the keypad of the room first in order to see the keys light up.”

“Definitely won’t be back Much much cleaning needed, dust all over the room Decaf coffee Only, dirty glasses on tray, empty bottles amenities on the bathroom. Plus trash on carpet from previous guests. Completely disappointed.”
