“Front desk experience was great. Super nice and efficient. The property is not someplace you want to stay as a woman traveling alone. Thank God for my big dog. Very loud with all sorts of shady characters milling around. Empty bottles and paraphernalia all over. Had to drive my dog to a park for his big business because he refused to do it there. Avoid if at all possible.”

“Am seeking my refund. This was supposed to be addressed and reviewed however no on has gotten back to me.
This motel was a travesty.
I also got insurance to get refunded and that too has been ignored ”

“I showed up to check in at 9pm after driving 6 hours. The place was shut down. No notification whatsoever. I had to spend an extra $200 to find a last minute hotel. I saw mattresses in the dumpster so I assume they had bed bugs. I can't believe they are still taking reservations. ”
