“Check in was nice and quick.The staff not so friendly but very professional. They could use some customer service training and smile a bit.
I had a really great room with the view of the pool and the ocean and the garden is beautifully maintained.
They skimp on amenities.. no lotion no shampoo/conditioner. I had to ask for more milk, coffee and sugar. They have a minibar in the room but no water in it (rolling my eyes)
Breakfast is not the nicest in terms of variety. They only have decaf of...
“Great staff, great property, truly refreshing. The property is underrated, from the rooms with outside showers, amenities and the game roaming around the property and lastly the trail within the property offers a great opportunity to walk or run for relaxation and reflection, we were pleasantly surprised by all of this.
The only bad thing we noticed was the odour in the room at times, it smelled like blocked drain or sewage.”
