“This place was perfect for us. Family of 4, traveled with my young adult children. We had space, there are balconies in every room. It was spacious. Close to all major public transport. Also love that they partner with local businesses for breakfast or lunch and even the gym. Our next trip to London id absolutely stay here again. Anytime i had a question it was addressed right away.”

“Shops and restaurants near by. Kitchen faucet leaks and is near the bed, keeping me awake. Bathroom needs mold cleaned out. Smelly. TV doesn't work well. Dryer is extremely slow. Needed to be used more than once for drying.”
