“We stayed at the Dakota Hotel for our anniversary and while the hotel itself is undeniably stylish, there were a few disappointing aspects that didn’t match the standard being presented. The interiors are beautiful and the overall atmosphere is lovely, especially for a special occasion. The room was clean and comfortable, and staff were polite and welcoming. “Rooms were clean and loved having two bathrooms for my family. Great walkability/location. Expedia address is not correct and takes you several blocks away. Also, please consider two keys. All guests must come and go at the same time. You cannot buzz people in or get in without the key & fab.”
