“It was great”

“Everything was wonderful. We used the Signature pool and the MGM Pool. They were great. If you want to get a lounge chair be at the MGM Grand pool early. We went at like 11am and the pool chairs were all already taken. The valet and bellmen were A class all the way. The only complaint that I have was in tower 3 they close the valet early in the evening. We had to park valet at tower 2 and walk over. It wasn't far but we had groceries and it was a lot to carry from one tower to the next. Other...

“The host was great and communication was clearly outlined. Parking was great - we valeted the whole time. The pool areas were clean. We would have loved if the pools were opened longer. ”

“Had such an excellent time! So much to do in Vegas, so little time inside the actual room but gorgeous views, comfortable, spacious! Ubers/lyfts do come to the 3rd tower- you’ll just have to tell them, otherwise i definitely suggest the monorail !!”

“Overall enjoyed our stay, had access to all MGM pools and host was extremely responsive. There was no way we could have enjoyed our stay with a toddler and infant in a basic hotel room. A little bit dated and worn (could use some updating), specifically the couch bed (realistically unusable). Missing some basics (strainer, more than 2 giant coffee mugs, cooking utensils, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, roku remote but no working firestick we could find). “Great stay all around!! If you are arriving late at night you need to go to tower 2 to check in. It was all very easy!! If your feet get sore from all the walking, the monorail is very close for easy access to the strip. :)”
