“Sometimes this property has trouble with third-party booking sites. They were unable to locate our reservation at first even though the owner of our unit had gone through great efforts to do everything on his end! It all worked out - just took an extra step that was only a very minor inconvenience. We loved the location and how easy it was to come and go from the area. Loved having access to multiple pools and the beach club at the MGM Grand which was easily accessible from our property. Only...

“L'hotel si chiama MGM Signature ma in tutte le comunicazioni che ho ricevuto il nome era Jet Luxury Resorts @ The Signature Condo Hotel, il che ha generato grande confusione con il tassista che mi ci ha portato. Per non dire del fatto che non mi hanno pulito la stanza per tre giorni... da quanto ho capito l'hotel ha dato in gestione esterna alcune stanze e ciò genera grande confusione per chi ci sta.... ad ogni modo, esperienza pessima. ”

“I thought I picked a room with a balcony, but it ended up being a lottery on what I got. I saw some dings on the wall upon arrival, the room is always warm and the ac doesn’t get it cold enough, and the toilet flush was low flow… Fair warning, the listing is 3rd party owned and not part of the hotel itself. That being said, the phone in the room will not dial and you’d have to communicate directly through Expedia’s messaging system.”

“I could not be happier with this stay. Amazing location - 5 minute walk to the lazy river, 5 minute walk to MGM casinos. Nice strip view. Yet - unbelievably quiet. It was lovely having a one bedroom with separate sitting room and a full kitchen for less half of most strip hotel rooms. I will stay here again for sure. ”
