“Struttura molto datata che avrebbe decisamente bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Stanza e bagno molto ampi e puliti ma con arredo fermo agli anni ‘80. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione inclusa con scarsa scelta di bevande e cibo.”

“La posizione è il punto di forza, vicino alle attrazioni principali e ai mezzi pubblici. Comodissimo l'adiacente parcheggio convenzionati. L'hotel è un po' old stile, conserva però il facchino dell'edificio originale, il Biltmore hotel.”

“Front desk staff were not friendly. The full breakfast was not worth $25. The quality was not good but there were a lot of options. The restaurant staff were very friendly. The food for dinner was good. The parking was a little difficult and did not know it was $27 for the night before checking in. The hotel is under construction. The rooms were clean and updated. “Breakfast was fresh and tasty, the staff were creative with that which was fun. Rooms are nice and clean, close to RI for more stuff to do”

“Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...
