“Struttura molto datata che avrebbe decisamente bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Stanza e bagno molto ampi e puliti ma con arredo fermo agli anni ‘80. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione inclusa con scarsa scelta di bevande e cibo.”

“Loved the spacious sweet with quality and Punta kitchen items. It was very comfortable and AC worked very well and loved having a ceiling fan. Shower pressure was a bit low and sleeper sofa mattress was a bit thin. Breakfast was the best buffet ever for this class hotel. Location cannot be beat.”

“Nice location across from the promenade and (pinch me) next to the Narragansett Brewery! Ez parking. Small lounge with convenient food and friendly staff. Clean rooms.”

“The staff was available for every thing I asked and very kind in answering. There's a full kit of hairdryers in the bathroom so if you're looking for staying there you won't need yours. There's also a really nice restaurant right below the hotel, but it's quite expensive: worth every cents because the food and the staff are amazing, but if you're tight with money I don't recommend it. Just a very little bit noisy because there's also a karaoke bar near the hotel but it's reasonable. Definitely...

“Great amenities”

“Horrible stay, room smelled like smoke, had empty bottles of booze in it. The smoke detector was removed from the wall and they tell me after I don't get the security deposit back for these reasons. For the amount I paid I should have just got a hotel Also, so much noise outside until well past midnight”

“It’s a great bargain to stay here. It’s like a big house—it was a firehouse! Big kitchen, two big shared bathrooms (one is toilets/urinals and the other is two sinks and four shower stalls with doors, soap provided). Quiet place but it’s very close to businesses. Quirky history and friendly, helpful staff. After booking, a deposit paid by credit card online and identification card emailed to the host, are both required before check in key code is provided. An app is provided to use your phone...

“We were on the road for nearly two weeks and this was the nicest place we stayed. Another guest hit a button they thought would shutdown the fire pit on the patio, but it activated the fire alarm for the building. It woke us up and we had to evacuate. The fire department responded and cleared the code so we could return in a reasonable time. The room was great as was the breakfast. I highly recommend this facility.”
