It is very different to the photos online. The room was supposed to be non-smoking and smelled like cigarettes and feet and looks dirty. One of the elevators wasn’t working, and there was a long line to get up, so we decided to take the stairs. They’re wide open to the general public, and the doors to the floors are open too, so it doesn’t feel safe at all. It even smelled like urine, and there was some graffiti on the stairs that are supposed to be part of the hotel. The blankets had a strong, quite unpleasant odor, along with stains and cigarette burns. At that point, we tried to find another option since we didn’t want to stay ther, but since it was the day of our event and it was for a concert, everything was booked up. We had to stay. We chose not to use the bathtub since it looked moldy, nor did we turn on the air conditioning because the vents were so full of dust and mold that we were afraid of getting sick from it. The service from the front desk staff is very good, it’s a shame the place is quite run-down and very unsafe. If you have the chance to book this hotel, don’t take it. Additionally, it’s right across from a Harley-Davidson motorcycle store, so you’ll hear the noise of motorcycles all day long since the building isn’t soundproofed. I’d only give this hotel 3 good points: 1. It's right across from a bus stop that takes you to the airport or an BART station, so it's well connected. 2. The staff was very friendly to us. 3. It's not expensive

When I walked down the hall to my room and saw the worn carpets and dirty elevator (finger prints and dirt all around the bottom of the elevator) I had a feeling I made a mistake booking here. The initial room I was given smelled badly of mold and old carpet. The couch was so dirty and stained it looked like it came from a seedy motel out of a movie. It was disgusting. I called down to have my room changed and the front desk said they had to have a manager do that. I had to call them twice to make it happen. The second room was much nicer but still dated. It at least did not smell and didn't have stains on the furniture. It makes me wonder whether they decided that I would be fine 1 star room, or their management is so inept to not know which rooms should be taken out of rotation and fixed. It took me a full 24 hours to get over the horror, and I was going to be there for only three days. The incredible views from my second room really helped and the spa quality soaps, shampoos and lotion were also soothing. The bathrooms are really nice. The courts and club were definitely well maintained. There are few staff people there to help and the hallways were a little dingy and creepy. In kindness, I would guess that the hotel (it's no longer a resort) is going through a rough patch. My recommendation for them is to start with doing a better job with the overall cleanliness of the hotel. They should see it from a customer's point of view rather than a check list.

buona la posizione, vicina alla fermata bart, safeway, autostrada. parcheggio sotto l’hotel gratuito. ci sono alcune cose che andrebbero migliorate, quali la colazione troppo esigua, le finiture quali gli infissi e la porta del bagno. per il resto abbastanza nuovi i mobili ed il letto, pulita la camera, buono il set di asciugamani, i saponi, la tv. personale cortese e sorridente.

Diverso rispetto a quanto descritto. Si parla di cucina attrezzata, ma in realtà non sono presenti pentole o stoviglie. I mezzi pubblici sono vicini ma assai costosi ( tragitto in bus 2,10 dollari a tratta,tragitto in Bart per raggiungere il centro da 3,75 a 5,00 dollari a tratta). Camere spaziose. Spiaggia vicina ma non molto godibile.

The carpets need a cleaning, other than that it was an okay place to rest for the night.
