The first floor has a handsome kitchen with custom white cabinetry, granite counter tops and is well appointed for all your needs.

This room opens to the dining area and livingroom with commanding views of the ocean at every turn. The Master Bedroom faces the marsh side of the home complete with a spacious Master Bath with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The first floor also includes a den with pull out sofa and home office area for those that need to stay connected.

A beautiful wide dog leg stairway leads you to the second floor where you can peer over the balcony to the kitchen below. Both Bedrooms there overlook the beach with a slider leading to the 2nd floor deck from one of the Bedrooms. Outdoor enjoyment has been every bit as well thought out for design as the interior has. There are open decks to enjoy both in sun and shade, enclosed screen porch, boardwalk style stairway to the beach comes complete with a cocktail landing to sit and view Cape Cod Bay.

*Please Note: This property is accessed via an unpaved road that, while generally accessible, may experience rare flooding during exceptionally high tides due to its proximity to the marsh. We recommend using a suitable vehicle and planning accordingly based on the tide
