“One of the most clean motels I have ever stayed in. Sarah, the manager, is so welcoming it feels like you are home. Everytime I am in Seattle I stay here and I couldn’t be happier.”

“The bars and restaurants are great. Good food and staff are very friendly. Whimsical deco thru out is fun and interesting. Rooms are unimpressive. Dimly lit, so they provide a flashlight?. Pedestal sinks in bathrooms, so not much space for toiletries, makeup, etc. Shower head had poor water flow, but enough to get job done. Coffee they provided was good first day, but weak the next.”

“Check in was easy. Staff were friendly and they were helpful with suggesting public transportation to get to Downtown Seattle. The room was great for the night. My only conplaints are that we did not have hot water to shower with and the frost on the bathroom window was peeling. I dont know if there are people who live behind the building but it made me uncomfortable that someone would have the ability to see in the bathroom. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay and staff at Beston. I would stay...

“Very nice motel tucked away in a wooded area of a quiet neighborhood. The room was very basic however, it fit all of our needs. Clean, comfortable bed and quite. Small kitchenette with a nice-sized fridge. Food, gas and stores nearby. I felt safe on this property. ”

“We adore the property, the location and staff. We would however love a later checkout option, even if we had to pay for it. We totally understand, though that Ballard is a boutique, small hotel, and it may not make sense. But still it’s on our wish list.”

“The location was really convenient. We could walk to downtown Ballard, plus there were lots of great places within a few blocks. Our room was efficient. It would have been nice to have a chair in the room to read vs the small bench. The communal kitchen on the first floor was a nice addition. We also appreciated having a small kitchen in our room. ”

“I stayed for the weekend to meet for the first time the love of my life. The owner went above and beyond for my partners emotional support K-9. Our room was clean everything functioned properly. Coffee served in the office. My stay was excellent and i would do it again. ”
