“Clean row, however very basic with no bedside lamps, clock or water bottles. Bathroom amenities did not include hand lotion. In the past, when we have stayed at this hotel, there were more amenities within the room. Not sure what has happened.”

“The Lakeview Motel is a great place to stay. The room was clean and there were no smells. The front desk was helpful and efficient. The cost was low and the view was excellent! 10 minutes from Main St. in Cooperstown.”

“Paul and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful! Lovely old stately home converted to BnB, with delightful breakfast next day. The suites are large and very comfortable and just dripping with classic furnishings appropriate to a late 19th century stately home.”

“Parking was easy and secure, and parked right in front of the door to the room I was in. I only give four stars for cleanliness. I don’t know if there were any ice machines or vending. They never mentioned any of those things and I didn’t even look for them. I don’t think there were any plastic cups in the room, but I’m not 100% sure. I brought my own bottled water. I think there should’ve been more towels, but I made due. Overall I give it a thumbs up, and the price was decent.”

“The Hotel is located on a hill overlooking the lake. It is beautiful, rooms are spacious and clean. I can't wait to go back and enjoy the beautiful view”

“Charming and comfortable suite. This is an old building, stairs and floors are well out of square and weathered. All things we needed were provided and clean!! Rare and treasured. Restaurant under construction 11/2025. No fuss, easy communication via text.”
