“Cozy and comfortable except for very strong sulfur taste/smell in water (including shower). (We wound up buying drinking water to brush teeth and make coffee.) Lovely setting but a bit hard to find and it would be very hard in the dark and we really had to manuever the car to pull in and to be able to turn around to be ready to leave.”

“We enjoyed celebrating our sons graduation from WVU with family from NY and Ohio. This was a great spot to enjoy being together and eating in. Plenty of seating for larger groups. Some of the group visited Falling Waters, Cucumber Falls and Laurel Caverns. There a many activities nearby and just 35 mins to Morgantown!”

“I had a peaceful retreat weekend at Spring House. The cabin was just as pictured on Vrbo. The picture windows in the dining room have clear views of the woods and the stream. I walked onto the deck to listen to the stream and look up at the trees, even though it was chilly outside. The cabin inside was warm and cozy. I would definitely stay in the cabin again in the future when I need quiet time away. It is also a short drive to Fallingwater, and I enjoyed a guided tour of the UNESCO world...

While we did not stay long enough to enjoy the outdoor streamside firepit, we did enjoy the gas fireplace while having dinner and watching a movie. I did take one star off for the cleaning because although I am allergic to pets and knew this was a pet friendly home, the helpful property manager said the house had been recently deep cleaned and would be given a once over...

“Girls belated Mother's day get away. All over 21and just the girls. We had a wonderful time, little minor hiccups which i messaged owner, he called me in less then 5 minutes or me reaching out. All was taking care of immediately. Cabin was clean, very well equipped, inside beautiful and spacious. Outside beautiful, needed mowed but weather had made that delayed. It was mowed while we were there, which was not a problem. So we got to use the yard too. Hot tub was great. Needed a little lore water...

“We enjoyed a quiet weekend stay. The house has many charming qualities and at the foot of the road is a deli/bakery with delicious offerings. Make sure to plug the address in your GPS. I just clicked on the "how to get there" directions and it took me 15 minutes past the house. There were some cleaning issues that the owner was truly surprised to hear about so I expect that is not a common experience for guests. All in all it was a pleasant weekend in the rolling hills of southwest Pennsylvania.”

“L’hotel è entrato a far parte del National Register of Historic Places nel 2007. Molto bello e ben mantenuto. Camera spaziosa con due queen beds, il bagno piccolino. Non ha coffee maker ma caffè e acqua calda sono disponibili accanto alla reception e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Non ha ascensore. La connessione internet è debole, non tutte le camere riescono a usufruirne. L’hotel ha comunque molto charme e sono molto contenta di avervi soggiornato.”
