“This was another return visit to this wonderful warm and friendly pub/hotel. This time i was accompanied with my daughter/we came up up to celebrate my friend's birthday and celebrate my daughters acceptance to University. As before the rooms we had were clean and comfortable the staff were helpful/friendly and the whole evening was brilliant. “The room was very clean and comfortable, and the owners friendly and accommodating. The property was strategically located for our activities, including Sandringham, Houghton Hall and Gardens, and the Hunstanton through to Wells Next to the Sea area. It was convenient to our ancestral homes in Swaffham and Deopham. Went to the Samphire just over 1/2 mile down the road for a nice dinner. Picked up a few items at the shop across the street. Met some friendly couples at breakfast.”

“Self check in, so no interaction with the staff, but detailed instructions were sent for parking and entry. Very cozy, clean single room with a mini fridge! Rare item to have in GB accommodations. I arrived late and left early so did not have a chance to see any other part of the building.”
