“Perfect for our sports weekend stay ”

“The room itself was average, but as a single woman traveling I was disappointed that the front desk clerk gave me a first floor room with an adjoining room. I would have asked to change rooms but the check in process alone took a very loooong time, and he really seemed to be struggling with it. I had plans and didn’t have time to wait. I just felt uncomfortable when I got back. ”

“The room was very comfortable. The tea/coffee station in the lobby was great. Everything was very clean.”

“Front desk staff was unfriendly and coffee needs attention if you are hosting a coffee free service make sure it is hot and coffee condiments are stocked regularly.”

“The room was clean, but not like what was pictured online when I booked. Hotel is older and in disrepair as was the room. The room was also VERY sparse and furniture was pretty beat up. I felt like I paid WAY too much money for the condition of the hotel and room. ”

“We stayed in a King Suite that had a separate door on the bedroom and a pullout couch. The room included a small kitchenette with a nice-sized fridge, way bigger than is typical. We didn’t use the dishes or appliances but did sit at the table & eat our take out. Room was clean but shower/bathroom showed small signs of water damage and could use a tiny update. “My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bars on site are outstanding and reasonably priced as well. Next door is a great bar (Dilly Bistro, Bar and Bottle Shop), Starbucks, two good pizza joints and Graeter's Ice Cream. “We had to stop for a night on our way from Pittsburgh, PA to Lexington, KY and opted for Comfort Inn for the price and for the swimming pool... A good choice! Clean and COMFORTable!! We will be back if we need again!”

“Staff was nice throughout weekend”

“The room was spacious and clean. The art gallery and lounge areas were nice and welcoming. Not a lot of noise on the floors. The only draw back is the lot. There are lots of cement pillars in the garage, with narrow parking so you have to be very careful pulling in and out. ”
