Hotel vicino a Ivy Hills Country Club - Cincinnati

“This was a good stay. I think staying here is a very good value. My comments are that there was no cold water in my bathroom, it remained warm my whole stay. Annoying but not the end of the world. Second, the room was freezing when I entered, called the front desk and they told me it was due to the sudden change in weather and told me it would warm up. One hour later the room was still freezing, and I looked at the room thermostat, and it was on air conditioning, so I switched it to heat and...

“Ours was a quick overnight stay as part of a road trip. Convenient location and efficient stopover. Perfect!”

“I called ahead of time to ensure late check in, they said they would check me in early and note that I won’t actually be arriving until later. I came in the next day and they said the reservation had been canceled because I was checking in too late and I have to “take it up with expedia.” However, I had stayed at this same location and checked in late at the same time the week before and there was no issues. They made a mistake this time and then told me there was nothing they could do about it...

“The staff is excellent and very helpful and friendly The room was very spacious, King Bed Executive Room and the bathroom was very spacious and well lit and clean My friends stayed in a room with 2 Queen beds, and they were actually Queen Beds! And their bathroom was also large spacious and clean The Restaurant in the hotel was excellent for breakfast lunch and dinner! And free parking beside the hotel. It’s located in a very nice area. Very safe and quiet, yet there was great shopping and...

“Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. My only issue was the room didn't have a microwave.”

“Very smelly room. Ice machine didn’t work work on our floor. Tub took forever to drain from a shower. Just an older building that hasn’t been updated. I did like the complimentary breakfast & the close distance it was to Bob Evans & Roosters. There was plenty of parking.”

“One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. 2 queen beds and a sofa bed divided by a sliding door. It was perfect for us”

“Not happy that the restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday. Additionally, there was a notice in our room that the water would be shut from 9 am - 12 pm on Monday.”

“The staff, the room & overall facility was very nice. No complaints concerning the room. Staff helped us on more than one occasion. The pool was under repair. If it was listed as such in the notice I missed it. I wish things like this were mentioned before booking.”

“Ottimo hotel”

“We fell into a situation in which we had a reservation for 5 days and paid for it up front. We ultimately ran into a situation where we had a family emergency (medical) and had to vacate temporarily knowing we would have to return to the area the following week. In approaching Marriott management onsite, we were told that they would neither provide us a refund or a credit for the two unused days since we booked our Marriott stay through Expedia. Expedia stated they would accommodate us if the...

“Breakfast was terrible. Hot items were egg whites, turkey bacon and chicken sausage. I've stayed in a lot of Hamptons and the food has always been good. The front desk staff was amazing! Very helpful and entertaining”

“Very nice & clean. Only takes card though even for snacks.”

“Was a mess with construction lots of maintenance needed”
